General Terms & Condition

These terms apply to goods ordered via the internet and over the phone.Internet offers relate to internet transactions only and may not be available via our mobile unit/sales events. Likewise temporary or local special offers via our mobile unit/sales events do not apply to internet prices unless expressly specified.

1. Seller

The Seller is The Mobile Fragrance & Cosmetic Company Limited.The Mobile Fragrance & Cosmetic Company Limited is Registered in England and Wales at Companies House No. 07047618.The Mobile Fragrance & Cosmetic Company Limited Registered address is 16,Lapwing Way,Fourmarks Alton,Hampshire.

2. Order process

2.1 Our display of products on our website is an invitation and not an offer to sell those goods to you.

2.2 An offer is made when you place the order for your products.As you go through the order process there will be a series of instructions.However we will not have made a contract with you unless and until we accept your offer.

2.3 When a offer has been accepted & your card details have been checked we will then take payment from your card & process your order.Goods are subject to availability.If we are unable to supply the goods we will inform you of this as soon as possible & a full refund will be given if you have already paid for the goods.

2.4 If you have enter a correct e-mail address we will send you an order acknowledgment e-mail and order update e-mail.

2.5 Unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have canceled it,order acceptance and the creation of the contract between you and us will take place at the point the goods you have ordered are dispatched to be delivered to the address you have given us.It does not take place until that stage,even though we may have debited your card or we have sent acknowledging e-mails.Very occasionally an error may occur resulting in the goods described on our website not being the goods actually available for sale or the advert being incorrect.If this occurs & is noticed  before the order is dispatched you will be contacted regarding the matter & told about the changes.You will be given the option whether or not to go through with the sale,purchase other goods we may have available or receive a full refund.If the goods have been dispatched to you in error you will be given the option to purchase other goods we may have available or given a full refund on return of the item sent in error along with a refund for postage.Your order will then be amended or canceled.


2.6 The contract will be formed at the place of dispatch of the goods.

2.7 All orders that you place on this website will be subject to acceptance in accordance with clause 2.5 of these terms and conditions.

2.8 We do not file details of your order for you to access please print out these terms and conditions and the order acknowledgment for your own record.

3. Payment

3.1 Payment may be made by any single one of the methods indicated on our website,we are unable to process orders with more than one method of payment.

3.2 You will be charged the current price for buying goods from our website at the date you place your order.All prices are displayed on our website and include VAT. We reserve the right to amend prices if there is a change in the rate of VAT.

3.4 We do our best to make sure that prices are correctly shown but very occasionally an error may occur.If this should happen, we will correct the price and ask you to confirm whether you still wish to purchase the goods at the correct price.If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as canceled.We will not accept an order if there is a pricing error.

4. Delivery

4.1 We deliver to any UK address & offer delivery Worldwide when paying via paypal.We do not deliver to PO Boxes.Any orders placed for these addresses will be canceled and a full refund will be given if you have already paid for the goods.Please view our delivery charges on shipping or click here.
4.2 Orders may generally require a signature to acknowledge delivery.The signature of the person accepting delivery at the delivery address will be proof that delivery has been received by you or the person to whom the order is addressed.If no one is available to accept the delivery you will receive a card to advise that a delivery has been attempted.

5. Cancellation

If for any reason you wish to do so you have the right to cancel any order you have placed Where the goods have been delivered to you.You may cancel any order up to 7 working days starting from the day after the goods were received in line with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.

The following procedures will apply:

5.1 You can either email us or call our Online Customer Services Team on 07818033525 or 07824360500.If you have contacted us to cancel before delivery of your goods though your order will have been canceled normally delivery cannot be interrupted (except possibly if cancellation takes place within 30 minutes of order).Please refuse any delivery of canceled goods.If a canceled item is delivered & signed for please return the item to us in the same condition you received it in.To see how to return an item please go to 7. how to return on our terms & conditions page.

These terms & conditions do not in any way affect your statutory right.

6. Returns

6.1 Should you wish to return an item we will be happy to exchange or refund it within 28 days of delivery.We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if the item(s) are returned in a non-salable condition,damaged,unwrapped or used.

6.2 Refunds will be credited to the card or paypal account used for the original payment.

6.3 Refunds will be given for the full cost of the item only.The shipping cost & handling fee is non refundable at all time (unless a product is faulty/damaged or has been sent in error)

6.5 If a customer orders is returned 'Not Called For' or the customer returns a products because they changed there mind they will be refunded £5.00 short from the original cost of the products. Customers will be notified and the order will be cancelled.If they still require the item the customer will need to reorder.

7. How To Return 

To return your order via your local postal service, please follow the instructions below:

7.1 If a product is faulty/damaged or has been sent in error customers must contact our Online Customer Services department to arrange for the item to be returned before a full refund can be given.

7.2 Repackage the product into the original packaging.

7.3 Affix a signed for returns label to the outside of your parcel & complete & attach the return address label.Take the parcel to your local postal service and obtain a proof of postage.

7.4 Post via recorded delivery to the Mobile Fragrance & Cosmetic Company Limited.
